Get Hi-Fi

Not an audio nut, but back in the 70’s while away in high school and college, I really enjoyed music. In my 60’s now and “rediscovering” vinyl. Purchased on a year end sale. Could not be happier. I did substitute the cables.

Received my system a couple of weeks ago and am very pleased with the quality of the equipment.I am also very impressed with your on line service techs.I had a couple of issues and they walked me through the quick fixes and everything worked out great.Thanks for everything, love the system

The Buddle I received is amazing. The sound quality is perfect and the blue tooth audio input on the receiver is an added bonus. The customer service was amazing. A hurricane delayed my shipping, but the owner of the company personally sent me an email notifying me of the delay, and Dum Audio next day shipped the equipment as soon as the warehouse reopened at no expense. I would recommend this setup to anyone who loves listening to vinyl and has a desire for aesthetically pleasing stereo equipment. I know whoever reads this review is looking at other options out there, but trust me, this is a great setup. I can't wait to get the sub-woofer to add to my set.

Sub came from our southern neighbours and was advised it would take more time, no problem.
Got it home, connected it and was blown (literally) away, far away. It improved my listening experience a thousand fold. Boy, what a difference a sub makes!!

I pre order the stereo system when it first came out. I have been enjoying the great sound quality for about two years now and decided to add the subwoofer. What a difference, such a compliment to the system. I wish I had purchased the subwoofer when I ordered the system. I definitely recommend buying the complete bundle with the subwoofer, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a nice stereo system for years and finally took the plunge with Dum Audio. Communication with Noam was great and the system arrived quickly, and was easy to set up with the info they provided. I’m a professional musician; I was mainly wanting this to play my parents’ old records, but it has also been great for playing my usual music via Bluetooth. My husband is a carpenter and was VERY impressed with the beautiful wood construction, everything looks just as nice in person as in the website photos. I just went back and ordered the subwoofer as well. Really can’t recommend this system and Dum Audio’s customer service enough.

I’m absolutely in love with the Dum Audio system!! The sound, functionality and aesthetic are incredible! Now for the “but,” my only wish would be that it had a headphone jack.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new system. I ordered the whole package. It's, dare I say, Sexy. I'm no audiophile, but the sound is as good as any home system I've heard. Also, customer service was awesome. They helped me with some set up and were kind and professional. I could tell that they love their product. A+ rating :)

Bought the system a couple of weeks ago, shipped very quickly and arrived very well packaged. Easy to put together, great instructions and a couple of videos on their website to follow, so no issues there. The sound is excellent and it’s been great to dig out all my old LP’s again, my only dissatisfaction was my questionable music taste in my teens, some of these are going back in the box. LOL. Would highly recommend for someone that wants a good sounding and looking system with minimal fuss without trying to buy separate components that you never really know how well are going to work together etc.

Had a small problem when the company sent the wrong piece (sent an amplifier) not the turntable. I already had the amplifier. That was sent back and a turntable was sent out When I received and hooked it up (to a Dum amplifier) Balanced the arm and set the tracking and anti skate. All my LPs are 45-50 years old and the all kept getting stuck. I thought it was the vinyl problem so I bought a couple of new albums. Put them on and they stuck. After three adjustments I went back to the instructions and lo and behold I see if the tone arm skips set the anti skate to 0 rather than the recommended settings. Since I set the anti skate to zero no skips. Sound is great through my KLH speakers. You won me over Dum! I would have given you a 5+ had I not had customer experience I had. I will say they apologized several times and the communication has been great.

I am so very pleased and satisfied with my Dum Audio system: deck, amp, speakers and woofer. Just great build quality, amazing sound, and it looks stunning. This is one of the few items I have bought in recent years where the product and service beat expectations. I have no hesitation recommending Dum Audio. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I am mine.

I have tried different amps and configuration over time to get the best out of my Totem Dreamcatchers Speakers, but I must say that the DumAudio Amp makes them sing, thanks to great engineering and tone control. The sound stage is wide and sounds tight and precise. I am using them with a Marantz CD Transport hooked on a PS Audio Doc. Killer combination at this price point. Service is top notch, would recommend this amp! Great purchase!

I'm new to vinyl so this is my first system and am very happy with it. Not only does it sound great, but it looks great too!

A tip for anyone looking to get the system, is forget about the Bluetooth in the amp, as it just doesn't do the system justice. Get a dedicated audio streamer like the WiiM and maybe even a DAC to pair with it. The difference is huge!

The system is beautiful which you can tell from the pictures (although I must say it looks better in person). It sounds great (better than more expensive systems I considered and tested). At this price point you expect it to sound good, and you will not be disappointed. However, the main reason I am leaving this review is because the support from this company has wildly exceeded any reasonable expectations I might have had. Their responsiveness and the quality of advice they have given has been truly exceptional. They responded to any question within minutes and stayed engaged with me until whatever issue I had was handled to complete resolution. I must admit I am not talking about one or two questions here. I asked so many questions I was almost embarrassed, but they were more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best performance from the system. They clearly take pride in their product and stand by it absolutely. I love the system, but I think I love the company even more. If I had a magic wand and could change anything about them – the only thing I would change is the number of products they sell. I wish I could buy everything from DUM, and I mean everything…I would buy produce from this company.
